Why do we even need to learn about this? What is the use?

                                             Using an adjective or adverb can change                                the whole meaning of a sentence.

   The dog smells good.

The dog smells well.

At the end of this class:

You can pick the right option out of adjectives and adverbs in fill-the-gap-sentences.

You can explain the difference between: 'He looks good' and 

'He looks well' to your neighbour.

She smells good. (adjective)

Same verb, different meaning.

Good zegt iets over pronoun:  

Ze ruikt lekker. 

She smells well. (adverb)

Well zegt iets over het ruiken: 

Ze kan goed ruiken.

He looks good! (adjective)
