B: Diana met Prince Charles when she was 16 years old. They fell in love and got married in 1981. The wedding was broadcast on TV. They got two sons: William and Harry. During her life as a princess Diana worked for many charities. But Diana’s life was not a fairytale. She was lonely and unhappy, because the Prince was away most of the time. By the 1990s their marriage was over and they officially divorced in 1996.
When Diana was in Paris with a friend, the car she was in was followed by paparazzi. Diana and her friend were both killed when the car crashed. The whole world was in a shock. Billions of people mourned her death and watched her funeral on TV.
