Future Perfect
To talk about an action which is going to be completed at or before a certain point in time in the future
e.g.
 - I promise I’ll have done all the work by next Saturday.
- I think astronauts will have landed on Mars by the year 2030.

Future Continuous
To talk about an action which you know or think will be in progress at a certain time or during a certain period of time, in the future
e.g.
- This time tomorrow we’ll be sitting on the beach. I can’t wait!
- Don’t ring at 8 o’clock. I’ll be watching Who Wants to be a Millionaire.
