Learning objectives
  • The student is able to convince another student in English of its robot, and can ask clarifying questions.
  • The student can reflect on the project.
  • The student will feel more comfortable and confident with using the English language while presenting.

The project
Remember your robot?

You will create a robot (creative + innovative) that can be used in everyday life. You will do this in groups of 3/ 4.  The goal is to create the best robot and convince your fellow classmates that your group's robot is the best! You will do this in a pitch (1 - 2 min.) via Teams.

The group with the most amount of points, wins the robot cup!

Criteria
  • Create a robot (creative + innovative) that could help you in everyday life!
  • You will create a pitch that will take 1- 2 min.
  • You will use the words/ sentences we thought of together
  • Everyone has to speak!
  • You will ask the other group questions (1-2 min)
  • Communicative language!
