The way I like it ... before the lesson

1.  If you need to go to your locker or the toilet, go before coming to the classroom.If you come in later, do so quietly, apologise and sit down.
2. You put your phones away before coming into the class room. If we need them you can take them out again later or if LessonUp is started.
3. You greet the teacher politely when you come into the room.
4. You go to your place and sit down quietly.
5. Take out your books and open them on the page where we left off or otherwise indicated.
6. If you need to inform me of something,do that during the individual work time or with a note/email.

The way I like it ... during the lesson

7. If you have to share your books or other material do this in a collaborative and quiet manner.
Inform the teacher at an appropriate time.

The way I like it ... after the lesson

8. You do your homework, which will allow you to work in a timely, organised manner.If not there is a lot to catch up on at the end of the period.

9. If you have suggestions for improvements, let's talk about it in a quiet moment or email me(Magister messages) 

In general

10. Do your very best to keep me a happy teacher. If the teacher is happy, she will make sure classes are fun.

11. In general I like to start the lesson as soon as possible for the group.

12. Bring a folder (mapje) for all the handouts.

How to be safe during a practical.
For each of the dangers on page 7 think up a rule and write that in your notebook.
Discuss with your desk partner in English.
