Some Guidelines
 1. Make sure you introduce yourself & your job (or position)
 2. At least ten sentences about your daily activities 
      (You could also describe a day at work)
3. The place where you work. 
     (at least 3 sentences about the company, what kind of
     company, where it is situated, and other details, e.g.)
4. Five sentences or more about your personal life 
     (married, children, hobbies etc.)
5. Your story should be written in the present tense (as if it is ten years later)

So, as if it is now and you write about what your goals are in 10 years!
