Ik ken het verschil tussen het bijwoord en bijvoeglijk naamwoord en weet hoe ik dit moet gebruiken.

Adjective

Een adjective is in het Nederlands een bijvoeglijk naamwoord.

Je gebruikt een adjective om een zelfstandig naamwoord te omschrijven. Bijvoeglijke naamwoorden zeggen iets over: mensen, dieren of dingen. Je kunt vragen: wat voor iets/iemand is het?

Bijv.      My dad is a calm man.

 The car is slow.

Adverb

Een adverb is een bijwoord. Het kan iets zeggen over:

1. een werkwoord - Hoe doet iemand iets?

2. een bijvoeglijk naamwoord - Hoe ... is iemand?

3. over een hele zin - Staat vooraan

Bijv.          He works calmly.

                      My dad is a really strong man.

Luckily, I already finished my homework.

Adverb

Een adverb is een bijwoord.

Je kunt vragen hoe iemand iets doet.

Bijv.          He works calmly.

                      I always walk slowly.

Adjective - Bijvoeglijk naamwoord

England is beautiful.

A snail is very slow.

Harley is a bad boy.

Adverb - Bijwoord

You speak English beautifully.

Carmen writes slowly. 

Yousra speaks Spanish badly.
