In conclusion it seems clear that both aspects are important benefits of sport, but I think that probably community involvement provides the greatest benefit because it helps everyone not just those who are good at sports.  .

 However most people probably do not need a reason to practise sports at all, as they simply enjoy doing so and can not imagine living without it.
