Wat maakt een zin passief?
  Passive = 'to be' + volt. deelwoord

The dog bites the woman
The woman is bitten (by the dog).

The doctor stitched the wound
The wound was stitched (by the doctor).

                                 Wie/wat + onderwerp + gezegde?
The dog bites the woman
Ond? The dog
Gez? bites (in present simple)

het onderwerp van de passieve zin!

Stappenplan Passive
  1. Zoek het lijdend voorwerp in de actieve zin.
  2. Zet het lijdend voorwerp vooraan in de nieuwe passive zin.
  3. Zoek het werkwoordelijk gezegde (= persoonsvorm + andere werkwoorden.)
  4. Bepaal de tijd van het werkwoordelijk gezegde uit de actieve zin.
  5. Zet de tijd om volgens het rijtje 'alle tijden van de passive'.
  6. Herschrijf de zin! (laat eventueel het onderwerp uit de oorspronkelijke zin weg).
