Socio-economically underdeveloped country.

Economy, education, healthcare system and rights.

How would you connect this concept to the concept of Other?

Connection to Other 

The First World doesn’t necessarily mean good. First World countries also have poverty and healthcare issues.

“We” as a First World feel like a Big Other in the sense that we can help the Third World (little other) with donations, education, etc.
