  • Think of at least 4 resolutions you want to make this year. Remember, a resolution can be anything as long as it is something positive for you
  • Write yourself a letter. In that letter, talk a little bit about how 2023 was for you.
  • Then, tell yourself about the resolutions you have for 2024 and why.'
  • Save the document on your computer.
  • Set a reminder for yourself to read the letter at the end of 2024.
