  • I’ll eat more ... as soon as I start this plan.

  • I won’t ... unless I’m ...

  • Before I go to work/school, I’ll...

  • I won’t relax until...

Listen to the sample answer.

What band score would you give it?

Did they use the conjunctions correctly?

One healthy habit I want to start is cooking my own meals more often instead of ordering takeout. When I cook for myself, I’ll use fresh ingredients and avoid too much oil or sugar. As soon as I get home from work, I’ll start preparing dinner, even if I feel tired, because it helps me eat better and save money.

I’ll make a weekly plan so I don’t waste time thinking about what to cook. Before I go shopping, I’ll write a list of healthy foods like vegetables, fruits, and whole grains. I know it won’t be easy at first, but I’ll keep doing it until it becomes a routine.

I think this habit will improve my wellbeing a lot because I’ll know exactly what I’m eating. Also, I won’t order fast food unless it’s a special occasion. When I stick to this plan for a few months, I’m sure I’ll feel more energetic and happier.
