-be on time!
-wait quietly outside classroom until your group is called in
-you will be filmed (OER)
-enter classroom quickly/roll the dice/take out your case agenda and bullet points notes/ start your meeting/ leave class quickly after you have finished/ teacher will grade you within 2 days (teacher reviews recording first)

Exam regulations
- Per case 7 bullet points (5 words per bullet point)
- Per group: send (4x)copy agenda/roles per case to your teacher 24 hours in advance (via email)
(so per group 4X agenda's + role description)
- Use at least 5 vocabulary words per case (see wordlist on TEAMS)
- Use at least 5 phrases of the language of meetings (see list on TEAMS)

-spoken by 350 million people worldwide as their first language
- 450 million people  worldwide speak it as an official language
-most people use English as the language for business and tourism
-many foreign words incorporated into the English language
because of invaders: normans/vikings/romans etc
