You can e-mail or send messages to your teacher via Teams, but you will only receive an answer if the message/e-mail is written appropriately and politely (starting with “Dear Ms. van der Naald” and ending with “Kind regards”). Do not expect an immediate reply, especially when sending your message late in the evening.
