Wellbeing is how healthy, happy, and satisfied you feel in life. It is about looking after your body, mind, emotions, and the world around you.

The Types of Wellbeing

There are several important types of wellbeing. Each one affects different parts of your life.

Physical and Emotional Wellbeing

How you feel and handle emotions. Example: Talking about your feelings when you’re upset.

Emotional

Physical

How healthy and active you are. Example: Getting enough sleep and exercise.

Social and Mental Wellbeing

Your relationships with friends, family, and community. Example: Spending time with friends.

Your thoughts and mindset. Example: Solving problems calmly and thinking positively.
