Your Welcome Pack

You must include all of the following in your Welcome Pack:

•  Name and image of hotel
• An invitation to the welcome meeting (include date, time, venue and accessibility)
• Location (in hotel) of where you/your colleagues will be and when you will be available
• Information about local attractions/things to do/excursions available (five)
• AOB (map, recommended restaurants, nearby beaches, local shopping) 
• Departure information - date, time and location (in hotel)
