Maar waar zet je woorden als 'always', 'never', 'often', 'sometimes' en 'usually' in de zin?

1. ná am/is/are & vóór andere werkwoorden
2. vóór am/is/are & na andere werkwoorden
3. helemaal aan het begin van de zin
4. helemaal aan het eind van de zin
