What can be improved here?
1. I have noticed that because we take too many clients. Our content has become superficial. 

2. Another thing that disrupts the content planning. Is that clients request last minute changes, and because of that. We have to work longer hours. 
 
3. About the delivery times we need to talk to the shipping company and find out. What is happening and why it sometimes takes longer than normal.

Prepare a presentation
Starting next week each one of you should give a presentation. Think of a service that you would like to sell. 
You may use visuals, but that is not mandatory (for now). If you prepare slides, make sure you do not have long texts on. You may write a few words or bullet points.  
It will be in English and it should last between 4min and 5min.

Presentations & Feedback
 When you give a presentation, have in mind enunciation, pronunciation, sentence structure, body language and content.
- use the feedback received (ask questions if you need more information) to improve your speaking.
- the presenter will choose 3 classmates to give peer feedback. The teacher will choose 2.
- the feedback is about the presentation, not about the person.
