• practise advising customers on their interior.
• learn how to develop a professional and long-lasting relationship with a customer.
• send a voicemail message to your manager about how you've handled a specific client.

You will present your 5 slide presentation
to a group of classmates today.

After that you will give each other feedback and at the end of the lesson,
the whole group will give advice on an interior, using the same 5 subjects.

             Do you feel well-prepared for your presentation? Using speaking cards?
             How will you 'open' and 'close' your presentation? What will you say?
