Present Continuous
This is how you form the present continuous:
  • am(not)/is(n't)/are(n't) + verb + ing           I am walking.

You use the present continuous:
  • When you are doing something right now.   
  • Things that are happening now.                                                (Signal words: at the moment, now, right now, today)
