My name is John Johnson and i am writing you this e-mail because I have a very important question. When i went to the netherlands last year I noticed something strange. We (my friend and I) were going to get something to eat when we were in amsterdam so we went to a snackbar. We were ordering some fries when we noticed that some people call it ‘patat’ and some call it ‘friet’. I’d like to know what the official name is.
