Self-reflection
Self-reflection is defined as a mental process you can use to grow your understanding of who you are, what your values are, and why you think, feel, and act the way you do. When you self-reflect and become more conscious of what drives you, you can more easily make changes that help you more easily develop your self or improve your life.

You have 20 mins to make your own mood board / collage.
With the use of pictures you are going to present about your growth this past year.
Include who you are now, how have you changed from the start of the year and talk us through the progress you have made.
Talk about what you have managed to do, what you still want to do and what your plans for the future are.
