How to write formal letter...

Assignment: 

Write a formal letter of complaint to the travel agency.

The letter should be between 150 - 180 words long. 

Your letter should contain the following: 

You just came back from your holiday and everything went wrong. You had a horrible time. The hotel was awful, the people treated you badly, the food was not good. There was no entertainment at the hotel and the airport was further away than they had told you.
