Written communication skills - i.e. e-mail - CV - basic skills and start CV
Verbal communication skills - i.e telephone conversations - how to answer / make inquiries via the telephone; asking questions (i.e. Hanos event) 
Dresscode - how (not) to dress for work, school, BPV year 1 job search, etc.
Formal skills - communication with teachers/school (written/verbal) 
Culinary Etiquette - professional behaviour in our practical outlets
Presentation Skills - make a presentation about a specific topic
Office 365 Skills - start with general knowledge
