Relative clauses (Bezittelijke bijzinnen)
This is the bike which was hit in the accident. -> dingen
The thief who robbed him was sent to prison. -> personen
This is the man (that) I saw yesterday. -> personen (dieren/dingen); informeel
Robert, whose bag was stolen, reported this to the police. -> geeft bezit aan

This house, which was built last year, is hard to break into.-> extra informatie, de bijzin which was built last year staat tussen komma's en kan weggelaten worden.
