The Present Simple
How to form the Present Simple:
    Subject + infinitive (base form) 

I always cycle to school.
You play football every Wednesday.
We never catch the ball.
They sometimes miss the bus.

Signal words like everyday, never, always, every Wednesday, sometimes, usually, frequently  tell you it is about a routine. 
It happens often, regularly!

    She / He / It  + infinitive + (e) s 

He always cycles to school.
My brother plays football every Wednesday.
The dog never catches the ball.
My sister sometimes misses the bus.
