Log into LessonUp. Click on your name at the top right to get to 'Settings'. At the bottom left, click on 'Statistics (organisation name)'.There are three tabs: 'usage', 'top lessons' and 'user actions'. Want quick details on what a specific item means in the statistics? Press 'i'.
You can download each individual component as csv, xlxs and/or json files. You can also save the graphs as png. How do you do that?Download Usage tab:Go to the Usage tab. Select the data for which you want to download statistics under Date. Hover your mouse over the item you want to download. Click on the three dots that appear. Under Download full results, click csv, xlxs, json and/or png to download that component.Top lessons tab to download all lessons:Go to the Top lessons tab. Select the dates for which you want to download statistics under Date. Hover your mouse over List of lessons. To the right of that box, three dots will appear. Under Download full results, click csv, xlxs and/or json to download the full list of how many times your lessons were presented in total (finished-presenting).Top lessons tab to download one lesson:Go to the Top Lessons tab. Select the dates you want to download the statistics about under Date, and paste the name of the lesson you want to see the statistics about under Lesson. The dates of this lesson will appear to the right of the List of lessons. Hover your mouse over the item you want to download. Click on the three dots that appear. Under Download full results, click csv, xlxs, json and/or png to download that component.Download User Actions tab:Go to the User Actions tab . Select the dates for which you want to download statistics under Date. Hover your mouse over the User actions section. Click on the three dots that appear. Under Download full results, click csv, xlxs and/or json to download this section.You are now downloading all user actions in this period. If you download the Excel file, you can choose to view one individual lesson. For this you need the lesson ID. The lesson ID can be found in the URL of your channel lesson (see image below).
