What do you already know about adding big numbers?

Learning Objective

At the end of the lesson you will be able to add together three-digit numbers using the column method.

The second digit is tens. The last digit is ones.

The first digit from the left shows the number of hundreds.

Step 1: Place the Numbers

Write the numbers in columns: hundreds, tens, and ones.
