A notice is a short, written message to give important information to a group of people.

✅ Usually pinned on the notice board
✅ Must be short and clear
✅ Gives date, time, place, and details

Name of the institution/organisation
Heading-NOTICE
Date – When is it written?
Title – What is the notice about?
Body – What is the notice for? Include time, place, and event.
Signature/Name – Who wrote the notice?
