Islam was spread by prophet Muhammad and became the main religion of the Caliphate.

The centre of many developments in science, art, trade and technology was the city of Baghdad. 

The House of Wisdom, was the place were people came together to collaborate. 

Baghdad was modern, with a high living standard and lots of innovation like the Elephant Clock
