Day opening/getting to know each other.

Take 5 minutes to write down answers to the following. After the 5 minutes you must be able to discuss these in class.

• If I don't have my laptop I will get a replacement before class or make sure I have a notebook/workbook to work from.

1. Everyone needs to maintain a file for English. Share this file with [e-mail] (if you haven't done so yet!!)
2. Create folders: Literature, Writing, Speaking, Reading.
3. Each folder should have the sub-folder 'notes' (aantekeningen!)

1. Literature file. Where are you at? Can you hand it in today? Is it in Sharepoint?

2. Letter 3. 

Today and tomorrow you will write letter 3. Write at school only!! Do not use AI. I will check these letters and give feedback + indiction on mark which you can compare with the AI feedback. 

The assignment is in SOM - Download the file and place it in the folder 'writing' in Sharepoint. When you are done hand in a printed version as well!

 

3 October

1. Finish letter.

2. Done? Check if you have finished all in 3.1 (1-6, 10, 11)  3.2 and 3.5

3. Fill in the handout in SOM - formal vs informal vocabulary. (HW for Tuesday!)

4. Done that too? Study vocab 3.1, 3.2, 3.5 This will be in your test in February!
