Scientists believe the condition of not feeling pain has to do with some nerves that do not react properly. Because of this defective gene, the nerve cells do not send pain signals to the brain. In Italy there is a whole family with this rare condition. In fact, this condition, known as the Marsili Pain Syndrome, is even named after this family. Letizia Marsili realized she didn’t feel pain when she was only a few years old. 

On an X-ray, the doctor saw that she has got lots of small fractures in both ankles.He fell of his bike last month.
