Population distribution
Population distribution: The pattern of where people live in an area.

Densely populated: Many people live close to each other in these places.
Sparsely populated: Few people live in these places.

Population density: The number of people per km2

Rule: the more developed a country is, the lower the birth rate
Or: the less developed a country is, the higher the birth rate

  1. People think of children as a form of security (income)
  2. No anticonception (access, knowledge, permittance)
