hokjes denken = thinking 'inside' the box, based on limited view of someone, categorizing someone

A father and his son get into a terrible car accident. The father dies immediately, but the boy is rushed to hospital in an ambulance. When he enters the ER, the surgeon looks at the boy and says; "I can't operate on him. That's my son!".
