Good day V bad day

Look at the following scenarios, how do you think you would react to each on a good day and a bad day? Discuss with your partner and then put your answers on the screen

You receive a complaint from a client regarding a service you carried out the day before?

A member of staff is off sick and you have agreed to cover their work, offering to stay late.

You are tired after working two late nights in a row

The salon is quiet and the day is dragging

What changes the most for you between good and bad days?

 Your energy? Confidence? Tone?

Signs of Burnout

Q1: What are the warning signs that could’ve been spotted earlier?

Q2: How could this situation have been prevented through personal wellbeing?

Q3: What impact does this have on Jessica's personal brand and future opportunities?

Jessica is a hardworking college student juggling a part-time job, full-time studies, and volunteer commitments. Over several weeks, she begins feeling constantly exhausted, anxious, and detached from her usual interests. She starts missing deadlines and isolating herself from friends and family. Eventually, Jessica has to take a leave of absence due to severe burnout.
