Before writing your emails, we are going to go through some rules of email writing.

Rules of writing a good email

1. Look at the two emails, one of them is good and the other is bad.
2. Make two columns on a piece of paper or Word.
3. Write Do's and Don'ts above the columns
4. Compare to two emails and find the do's and don'ts

Writing the email

1. Write the email to the information centre of the city of your choice.

• Ask for any information you require. 
• Use the model email as an example.
• Follow the list of rules.

   2. Finished? swap emails with another student and proof-read each-other's work.
   3. Revise your email using your classmate's feedback and hand it in.
