3.5 Present Perfect
Present Perfect: have/has + verb+ed (or) irregular verb (3rd)
An action started in the past and is relevant in the present 

I/you/we/they have taught English at this school for 20 years now.
She/He/it has worked at Albert Heijn since 2015. 




past simple
= talk about finished actions in the past. You usually say when they happened --> Last weekend I went to Amsterdam. She ate a sandwich yesterday. He slept until 12pm.

have/has + verb+ed / 3rd form irr verb
Time expressions: for, yet, never, ever, just, already,
and since = FYNE JAS

= when something happened recently -> with JUST

Just is written in the middle of the Present Perfect
