Introduction time

1 of these is not true.  Which one is it?

• I travelled for 3 days on a train
• I almost got deported from Australia
• I jumped out of an aeroplane
• I jumped headfirst off a bridge

Who is telling the truth?

In groups of 4/5

Decide who has a crazy story that is true

Make sure the other groups don't hear you

Write a short version down to be read out

You will then stand in your groups

The rest of the class can ask you questions

We then have to guess who is telling the truth.

Different levels in English

If I am A2 level I can...

• He/she can understand sentences and frequently-used expressions related to the areas of experience most immediately relevant to him/her (e.g. very basic personal and family information, shopping, places of interest, employment, etc.).
