Today's Lesson Goals: 

-Expanding our English vocabulary!

-At the end of the lesson you can use these new synonyms/words to create a small story based on a picture at the end of class

Post a picture you took in the last 2 months and tell us about it (speaking)

What was something that made you happy this week?

What are synonyms for the word "happy"

How words make a difference

"He makes me happy"

OR

"He makes me feel loved and complete. "

Synonym exercise! 

1. I will show you a picture

2. You must describe the picture, sometimes there are words you cannot use

3. If you think of a good word in Dutch, translate it! Then put it in lessonup

This is the famous "Holi Festival" in India. Describe it without using: "Colorful"

Word choice makes a difference

As you can see, sometimes it takes some searching, but it can change your level of English for the better!

Try and be as descriptive as possible, underline the new words try and use atleast 5. 

3. Please write atleast 100 words
