How does pollen go from one flower to another?

Sometimes people help plants pollinate.
They use a small brush (kwastje) to take some pollen from the anthers of a flower. Then they brush the stigma of the flower the want to pollinate.

Jack wants to try this himself. he brushes the anthers of a sunflower, then he walks to a daisy and brushes the stigma.
What will happen?
