 Tips for Cito texts

See how many texts the exam has, which ones are long? How many questions to which text? On an extra sheet of paper make an overview first, for example:

text 1 = 7 questions

text 2 = 10 questions

text 3 = 4 questions

text 4 = 9 questions

Here you can see that it's best to just start with texts 1 and 2, but if you run out of time, do text 4 first and then text 3. With text 4 there are more questions, so more points can be obtained.

Always fill in something, better to guess than to do nothing, filling in nothing is always wrong.

If a question refers to line numbers, also read the sentences around that line number.

Let op: beantwoord een open vraag altijd in het Nederlands, behalve als het anders is aangegeven. ALS JE IN HET ENGELS ANTWOORDT, LEVERT DAT 0 PUNTEN OP. 

This is particularly difficult for TTO students, who are used to only using English at all times!!!!!
