Will is used to express future actions decided at the moment of speaking. 



For example:
I‘ll have salad now.
I'll have fish and chips, please.
We are thirsty. Wait here. I will get some water.


Going to describes future plans decided before the moment of speaking.


For example:
I’m going to visit my aunt next Friday.
We are going to Spain this Summer.
Have you got any plans for tomorrow? Yes, I am going to  visit my grandparents.

Will is used to indicate a prediction based on personal opinions or experiences, so there is no evidence.


For example:
I think United will win the game.
If you don't take a taxi, you won't arrive on time.
Going to is used to express a prediction based on present evidence.


For example:
Look at those black clouds. It is going to rain.

Will expresses a future fact. Will is used to make a promise, an offer, a threat or refusal.
For example:
The sun will rise tomorrow.
I promise I won’t tell anyone you broke the window.
I‘ll take you to the airport tomorrow.
I‘ll tell your parents what you did.
No, I won’t cook your dinner, you can cook it yourself.







Going to is used to describe something is about to happen.

For example:
Get back! The bomb is going to explode.

Positive comparison
The positive form is used when there are no differences between the two compared things or persons. To form the positive, we use the word as before and after the adjective (bijvoeglijk naamwoord).

For example: Danny is as smart as Phillip.

The comparative is used when you compare two things. You use the ending -er. 

For example: He read the book faster than Tim.
