Ought to: When? to talk about things that are ideal or desired
Like should it is used to give advice, but more formal. 
  • It ought to be forbidden to hunt on animals. 

May/might: When? to say that you are unsure about something and to ask for permission. Might is more formal than may. 
  • May I leave the classroom? / I might meet with him today.

  • ought not to / might not / may not / shouldn't 
exception: don't + have to / to be + not + able to 
  • don't have to / is/are/were not able to

quantifiers give information about the number of things/people. 
  • each/every = "all individuals of the group"
You use a singular noun with each/every -> Every dog is the same. 
  • both is used for two things or persons. You use a plural noun

  • neither = none and either = any of the two. They are followed by a singular noun 
I like neither option. / Either picture would be perfect. 
  • All = the whole group. It is followed by a plural noun
