Mini presentations to aliens

Friendly aliens haven landed and they are very interested in our 'everyday-stuff'. 

They do not know anything about life on earth and they only speak English, so we have to explain everything to them. 

Your job: find an everyday item and practise describing it.

Hello , my name is Loes, I am a human being. 
Today I will tell you all about this object. 

This is called a pen. We use it to write with. 

The pen is about ten centimeters long. It is yellow with blue and white stripes. There are some letters on the side. There is a little button at the end. if you click it once, the point comes out. If you click it again, the point goes away. Inside there is ink. Almost all human beings use pens.
