British Values The Rule of Law

This lesson supports British Values. It can be used to compliment your existing schemes of learning or as an ad-hoc session.

It also links with the PSHE Association Programme of Study for KS1:

L1. about what rules are, why they are needed, and why different rules are needed

L4. about the different groups they belong to

L5. about the different roles and responsibilities people have in their community for different situations

In this lesson, we will:

• Think about what is fair and
   what is unfair

• Consider why we need rules 

This lesson links to the PSHE Association Programme of Study for KS1.

It also can also be used as part of your school's British Values curriculum offer.
