Recap: What is the Imperative?
The imperative is used to give commands in English. It is formed by starting the sentence with the infinitive of the verb (het hele werkwoord zonder to)

Explain the concept of the imperative and give examples.
Examples Imperative 
Walk to the store.
Eat your vegetables.

Negative Imperatives
When you tell somebody NOT to do someting. You start your command with Don't, followed by the verb. 

Don't eat yellow snow!
Don't stay up too late!
