Customer 1
You’re on holiday with your sister and your five-year-old nephew. You need a car for two weeks, starting from your arrival at the airport at 7 a.m. on 7 August. Your flight back is on 21 August at 5 p.m.
Your nephew is still in a buggy most of the time, and you have a lot of luggage.
Your sense of orientation is phenomenal. You seldom use Google maps, because you have this app in your genes.
Your parking skills are excellent, but you would feel safer if you could help yourself in case of a flat tyre.
You also want an extra first aid kit, just in case.
Customer 2
You’re on holiday with your best friend. You’ll need a car from the moment you arrive at the airport on 15 July at 3 p.m. until your departure on 29 July at 11 a.m.
Your granny gave you a no limits credit card for this trip, so you are free to choose any car you like

Customer 3
You’re on holiday with your uncle and your 3 cousins. You want to rent a car for 7 days starting on 3 July.
Your uncle has 3 children, 2 of whom need a child seat. As the kids are really wild, you could do with an extra first aid kit.
You hate shifting gears and you have no faith in your own and your uncle’s parking skills. You would like to use Google Maps on your smartphone.
Customer 4
You’re on holiday with your girlfriend/boyfriend. You need a car for a daytrip on 25 July from early in the morning (you choose) until 10 p.m. Your friend wants to watch the sky all the time but she/he doesn’t want to ruin her/his hair in the wind.
At night she/he always feels cold. You don’t want to use Google maps on your smartphone, but you don’t want to get lost either. You’re not good at parking.
If ever you end up having a flat tyre, you’re just going to call car assistance or a local garage. No dirty hands for you!
