The Result (The Expectation Effect):
When the brain's confidence (precision) in the new belief increases, it starts generating perceptions, emotions, and actions that make that prediction true.
Instead of: expecting to fail, so you feel nervous and stumble (negative expectation effect).
You start: expecting a degree of success because of the evidence you've collected, which causes you to feel calmer, notice opportunities to speak (affordances), and deliver a better performance (positive expectation effect).
Building a Bridge

Prompt: Where has this belief already shown up, even in a tiny way? Write one small, recent, specific action or achievement that is a step in the right direction. Example: I volunteered to present the first section in science class last week.

Prompt: What skill or personal trait do you already have that will support this belief? Find an existing strength that partially aligns with your goal. Example: I'm good at remembering facts and details for tests.
