Happy and bright, ready and real I smile and laugh, I want to play It is a sunny, lovely day Happy, happy, I feel good Clap your hands, just like you should Happy, happy, sing with me This is how I feel, you see Sometimes I feel a little sad I want to cry, I feel so bad I take a breath, I close my eyes The feeling comes, the feeling flies Sad, oh sad, it’s okay Feelings come and go away Sad, oh sad, don’t you fear I can smile again, my dear (Sing along or read aloud!)
