Request of quotation = offerteaanvraag 

- Asking for a service (e.g. office supplies)
- Costs and delivery

Structure 
1. Start: you always start your letter with.....? 

2. Introduction: reason of writing (what do you want from them?)

3. Body: what do you want to see in the quotation? (costs, delivery time, etc.)  
+ when you expect an answer (e.g. within two weeks)

4. Conclusion: e.g. I'm looking forward to you response.

- the project was cancelled
- etc.

- always be polite
- do not mention another company's name or details
